Dear first_name, It has now been 12 months since your school, school_name, was awarded an RE grant by The Jerusalem Trust. We trust that it has made a difference to you and your pupils. Under the terms of the grant, you agreed to submit a short report detailing its impact on teaching and learning, with supporting evidence of how the resources were used and how they improved the teaching of Christianity in the school both from teachers' and pupils' points of view with evidence from staff or children, including pictures or examples of work produced. Please follow the link below to complete your report. You will have the opportunity to upload photos and other documents as evidence of the grant's usage in JPG, PDF, DOC OR DOCX (Word). To fill in the form, please click on the link or copy and paste into search bar: report_link. It is advisable to compose and save a draft of your report elsewhere before copy/pasting the text into the form. Office files such as pdfx, ppt, pptx, excel and publisher are easily converted to pdf. Have a look under file and it will be labelled 'export'. Jpeg can be converted to jpg by simply removing the e from the name. NOTE: When the report submission has been successfully received at our end you will receive an automated email message.
